MS Access Forms – Proper menu creation


I’m confortable writing code in VBA. It could function better and more efficiently, but that’s a problem I’ll most likely have to solve if it gets too slow.

What I am absolutely bad at, is creating forms that are both good looking and are working well.

For example:

What should the main menu look like? (Menu A, Menu B, Admin Menu)

What should the forms look like? When choosing different functions with different options, should I go and make popups with the options or should I put them on the same form using a subform element? Or even just smash everything in one single big form and hide/show what’s currently needed?

Do you maybe have some tips and/or experiences on that matter? 🙂
